How long will it take to get my order?

We work hard to ship orders as fast as possible so that you, the customer, don't have to wait! Orders are usually received within 2-4 days of placing them. You do not have to be home to receive or sign for your order. You can opt to leave special delivery instructions, but if the driver can't get a hold of you, they'll drop the package off at your doorstep or leave it with a building manager.


 I live outside the contiguous US/outside of the US, do you guys ship to these areas?

Sorry, we only ship within the contiguous US at this time.


Can an order be placed to a P.O. or APO/FPO address?

Sorry, we only ship within the contiguous US at this time.  However anywhere UPS will deliver in the US is ok.

You can track your package 24/7 from your account.


Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.



If you need to return an item please E-mail and include the invoice number and items you wish to return and we will contact you about processing the return and where to send it.  You will be responsible for paying the shipping to get the items to us.  


In Store PICK UP

Because of a large number of small orders that order in store pick up and then try to get us to send the items free of shipping.  We do not store these products in store, so they must still be shipped to us.  So any in store pick up items that are ordered and not canceled in the normal 2 hour cancel window, will be charged a $8.00 cancellation fee when their order is refunded.
